Sonya Browne said the customers are always at the centre of what Hybrid Technology Partners does as they aim to provide a stress-free service. She said, “The key thing here is our customers, and we want to take the stress away from them. So one of the things we do is just monitor their systems, make sure they’re secure, make sure they’re safe, and they don’t have to think about it.”

As technology advances, the customer can often feel left behind, but this customer-centred and personal approach is what Sonya believes sets the team apart. She said, “ It’s our personal support, our approach that we have with all of our clients, and having that relationship with them. You’re not getting through to a bot or a robot when you pick up the phone. You’re going straight through to an engineer.

So our core values are quality, integrity, and partnership and these values help us to ensure we get our clients to be the best that they can be, through the use of the technologies we provide.”

Offering a monitoring service which is active 24/7, Hybrid Technology Partners strives to cover all the threats that businesses may face, which includes precautionary checks. Sonya said, “ There are so many different threats out there, and what we want to do is make sure we cover all of those threats, and that’s 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If an engineer needs to be up in the country, we’ll be there straight away.”

She highlighted the company’s belief that prevention is better than a cure, helping businesses stay online and efficient, saying, “We also want to monitor everything our clients do to preempt any issues that may come. Having that remote monitoring system on, whether it’s their servers or people’s systems, we will prevent things from failing before they actually fail.”

The services provided by Hybrid take a holistic approach, as well as the remote monitoring to prevent system failures before they happen; services include cloud migration, ensuring data is safely stored, encrypted, and easily accessible. Working closely with businesses ensures clients get the tailored service they need.

“The importance of customer relationships  gives peace of mind to each of the clients. We want them to feel secure and safe, and that’s where the human element comes into play as well. It’s not just 100 per cent reliant on computers; you need the engineer’s experience.

“We provide different software platforms for each of our clients to help streamline their business. We have a large customer base across Ireland in Transport Logistics, manufacturing, engineering, aircraft leasing, credit unions, and small business enterprises. You name it, we’ve got all sorts of clients. Our tagline is, ‘Technology experts in streamlining business.’ What that means is we want to make life easy for our clients.”

Sonya noted that beyond business, Hybrid takes pride in its local community with a passion for supporting local charities and remaining people-focused in the future. She said, “ In our future, we will focus on our people! Keeping them trained, keeping them upskilled, but our local people as well. So the charities, NOVAS, are just next to us, and we want to do as much as we can to support them.

“ The biggest thing is just to give a positive impact. We’re using technology to improve people’s lives, whether it’s in the workplace or whether it’s within the community. It’s people, impact, and purpose.”

Celebrating more than two decades of supporting Irish businesses and the community, Hybrid Technology Partners strives to be a great partner with every one of their clients, hoping to be thought of as their in-house IT support, as they know they can trust Hybrid Technology Partners and their abilities.
