- Can you share the inspiration behind founding RSK Business Solutions and your vision for the company? What key milestones have shaped its journey?
The inspiration behind founding RSK Business Solutions came from the desire to bridge the gap between complex technology and evolving business needs. Our vision has always been to create tailored IT solutions that not only empower businesses to thrive but also ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
We began with just three employees, and today, we’ve grown to a team of over 125 professionals. Some key milestones include breaking into new markets like the US, expanding our services into areas such as Cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, and surpassing the 100-employee mark.
- RSK Business Solutions has a vision of achieving sustainable growth while maintaining work-life balance. How do you ensure this balance is upheld, especially with plans to grow to 200+ employees by 2027?
Our team is the backbone of our success. At RSK Business Solutions, we prioritize work-life balance because we believe it’s essential for both productivity and well-being. We promote flexible working arrangements, including hybrid models and personalized schedules, which allow our employees to manage their work and personal commitments effectively.
As we plan to expand to over 200 employees by 2027, we remain committed to fostering a supportive environment that emphasizes mental health and wellness. Regular check-ins, team-building activities, and professional development opportunities help our employees feel valued and motivated, enabling them to excel both professionally and personally.
Additionally, we’re opening new office locations in Delhi, NCR, to minimize commuting. Our new office at RPS 12th Avenue, Delhi-Faridabad Road, is set to open by January 2025. This 20+ seater office will offer state-of-the-art facilities, allowing employees from South Delhi, Faridabad, and Noida to work locally. We also plan to acquire more micro-office sites in the near future.
- With a focus on innovative custom software solutions, how does RSK Business Solutions stay ahead in technologies like AI/ML and Cybersecurity?
Staying ahead in AI/ML and cybersecurity requires continuous investment in our team’s learning and development. We understand that large enterprises and SMEs have different requirements. For large enterprises, we focus on delivering scalable solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing systems. For SMEs, we prioritize agility and cost-effectiveness. By taking a consultative approach, we can assess each client’s unique challenges and tailor our solutions to deliver maximum value.
- As the recruitment market in India becomes more competitive, what strategies does RSK Business Solutions use to attract and retain top-tier talent? How does your process-driven recruitment model contribute?

We’ve recently expanded our sales and digital marketing teams and are participating in key industry events like The Business Show in London this November. Our goal is to expand our client base and enhance our offerings in niche technologies, particularly in advanced AI applications and robust cybersecurity frameworks.
We’re currently developing AI-driven services that help businesses leverage data more effectively. Our vision is to position RSK Business Solutions as a leader in innovative IT solutions, consistently adapting to our clients’ evolving needs while maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
